Helping high-performing minds prevent burnout and sustain exceptional performance.

I spent over two decades as a psychiatrist, helping people recover from chronic stress, burnout, and mental illness after these challenges had already taken hold.

Today, my work has a different focus.

After many years as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist in leading hospitals and private practice in Switzerland, followed by work as a consultant psychiatrist within the NHS, I also now work with executives, entrepreneurs, and senior professionals to help prevent burnout before it compromises their health or performance.

My approach combines psychiatric expertise, executive advisory support, and a holistic understanding of human performance — recognizing the essential connection between mental health, physical wellbeing, relationships, lifestyle, and the demands of leadership.

This work is based not only on decades of clinical experience, but also on my own life experience and understanding of what sustained responsibility and pressure demand over time.

This is neither therapy nor traditional executive coaching.

It is a confidential, psychiatrist-led advisory service for leaders who want to think clearly, perform sustainably, and recognize that their greatest asset is the quality of their thinking — because sustainable success begins with protecting the mind behind every decision.

Is This Right For You?
